What to include

Your app platform and version.
The support identifier shown in the app, if available.
Whether the issue involved stream subtitles, generated captions, or translation.
The approximate time and language, without including private playlist details.

Do not email provider passwords, playlist URLs, API keys, or raw payment credentials. Apple controls App Store charges and refund decisions; we can investigate Meridian grants and usage after Apple reports the transaction.

Caption availability

Awesome IPTV uses subtitles carried by the stream first. Generated captions and translation are available only when the current device, language, stream format, and processing route are compatible. Protected, encrypted, malformed, silent, or unsupported streams may not support generated captions.

Expanded live-caption support for compatible HLS streams is in testing for Apple's next major OS release. That expanded HLS path is not part of the current public capability, no release date is guaranteed, and it will still depend on stream compatibility.
